It's all about the ears

ATTENTION: The clique is undergoing renovation. Please bear with me. These rules are subject to change at any time!

This is a semi-elite clique. A well-designed site with good graphics is desirable but not totally required. If you have decent skill you will most likely get in, unless you don't follow the rules..

Here we go:

1. You must love elves and pointy ears. It is not required to love Legolas, although that is sort of a natural thing, isn't it?

2. You MUST provide me with a valid email address. I will NOT accept applications without one! You don't have to have a site. But you want to show off, don't you? So why don't you make one? Want me to help?

3. Your site, if you have one, must be well-designed and easy to navigate. It does not have to be dedicated to the Lord of the Rings. I would prefer sites without ads, but I understand that domains can be expensive. But why don't you try to get hosted?

4. No hate, porn, or text-only "I'm just getting started" sites. If you are truly new at web design, get some help on your coding and graphics. No tYpInG LiKe dIs. It reflects poorly on your grammar skills and is annoying to read. Spell check is your friend.

5. You must put the code up immediately after you join. No telling when I might have a slow night and want to add members!

6.I probably won't be able to email you if you get in or not (course I can't if you don't give me a valid email), but if I don't put your name up within a reasonable amount of time, check the website and contact me again. I'm a working gal, however much I want to immerse myself in fantasy land.

7. SIGN THE GUESTBOOK!!! Is that so much to ask?

8. Give me your real name and/or your elvish name (if you have one) where it asks for your name. Please don't use silly nicknames like "OBLuva." Tell me why you love the elves. Both of these will be displayed on the members page.

9. Please type "Yrch!" where it says "Any Comments/Questions?" on the join page, so I know you've read the this page. Of course, you could also actually use the space to comment or ask a question...but make sure you read the rules.
