PromoGuy’s Monday Mission 3.14
1. Would you rather impress or influence others? Why? Which do you tend to do more than the other? I suppose I’d rather influence others, but that’s not likely to happen. The most I’ve ever been able to do is impress.
2. Are you able to admit your weaknesses to others? How do you handle your weaknesses (Can you accept them and see them as a strength? Do you strive to overcome them? etc.) I have a hard time saying I’m wrong and that I need help. I’m pretty introverted so it’s hard for me to open up and tell people what’s wrong. So I suppose I can’t accept them all that well…but I’d like to overcome that.
3. How do you react when you are bossed around, treated as inferior or taken advantage of? Sometimes I like to get bossed around. Then I know exactly what I’m doing. But I don’t want to be made to feel inferior and I don’t like being taken advantage of. I usually get sulky.
4. Do you live your life to meet your own needs, or do you live to meet the needs of others? Why? Right now I’m just meeting my own needs. When I have a job that lets me have some extra I’ll take care of others.
5. This is your Mission on Mondays, but what is your mission in life? To get there. I don’t know where I’m going, but I’ll get there someday.
6. Can you focus on your goals and achieve them, or are you sidetracked by minor distractions along the way? I’m good at deadlines. But sometimes it’s hard to focus. Especially when there’s a good book or it’s too damn pretty outside.
7. When was the last time you cried?What were you feeling at that moment (anger, sadness, etc.)? I cried about not having a job and not knowing what I was going to do with myself. It’s tough to feel self-confident when no one will hire you.
BONUS: Who can it be knocking at my door? Maybe it’s the UPS guy with a package for me. Wouldn’t that be grand.
