yes, that's right. In exactly 7.5 days I'll be sitting in a theater anxiously waiting for the opening credits of RotK.

Just as I was leaving for work I caught the tail end of a radio promotion where you call in and they were giving away tickets to some movie sneak preview. It took them all the way until the end of the promo to say the name of the movie, but of course it was RotK. How cool would it be to see a sneak? sigh. The last winner was a secretary calling in for her boss who was in a meeting. How's that for dedication? Just once I'd like to win something like that...passes to a movie I'd really like to see. Anyway.

I love how no one says anything about the new layout...mmph. just me being glory-seeking I guess. and I can't get that stupid picture to move up for the life of me. what is wrong with my tables? sigh. Any clue as to why there's that little break in the middle of the blend? Please look at the code and tell me.

The RotK soundtrack arrived last night...mucho happy is me. Pretty stuff. At first listen I think TTT might be better...but this one sure has a much better ending credits song, sung by Annie Lennox. If you go to lordoftherings.net or lordoftherings-soundtrack.com you can listen to it, I believe. It's fun because Billy Boyd and Viggo Mortensen sing some of Tolkien's songs on here...it will be nice to hear them in context come next week!

Whether or not the time on this thing actually says noon is up to debate, but know I posted this at noon according to my clock. And that's all that counts.
