1. Would you say that you’re good at keeping in touch with people?Sometimes. Depends on how much I like the person, how interested in what they have to say, and how frigging busy I am that particular day. Or week. Or year.
2. Which communication method do you usually prefer/use: e-mail, telephone, snail mail, blog comments, or meeting in person? Why?I’m more comfortable with email; I hate the telephone usually. Unless it’s a friend that I know well, I hate calling. I’m always nervous. I’d like to send more mail because I love getting it myself, but I’m usually too lazy.
3. Do you have an instant messenger program? How many? Why/why not? How often do you use it? Yes, all of them. AIM, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ…because I have random friends on all of them. Sometimes random friends are on all of them too 🙂
4. Do most of your close friends live nearby or far away? mostly far away. My closest friend, my cousin, lives about four hours away, and we won’t even get into friends in LA and the Philippines…
5. Are you an “out of sight, out of mind” person, or do you believe that “distance makes the heart grow fonder”?Considering I’ve remembered Chris every day of my life since “that time” and I haven’t seen him in years, out of sight does not mean out of mind. However, that can’t be called a relationship. I’m all for trying long-distance relationships though. If only I had a boyfriend to try it with. *ironic lol*(happy 1st birthday to the friday five!)
