1. Where do you currently work? A stem cell lab at the Washington University School of Medicine.
2. How many other jobs have you had and where? This is my second real job in eight months. Sigh. And I need to find a new one. Second at WUSM, fifth at WU. No, sixth, if you count the fly lab job two years ago. Drug Emporium. Grone cafeteria. Betty Shew Paper Art.
3. What do you like best about your job? It’s technologically interesting and challenging. The people I work with are really nice.
4. What do you like least about your job? I’m clueless. Still.
5. What is your dream job? Web design for a biomedical engineering company. Famous Broadway actress for musicals. Discoverer of a cure for cancer or Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s. Maker of a bioartificial organ. Writer. Something “creative and analytical.”
Ironic how this comes up now when I need to get a new job.
